Terms of service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms apply to purchases of plugin licenses from wp.kristoffbertram.be, operated by Kristoff Bertram, Belgium. Buying a license means you accept them.
The license
- A Pro license is an annual subscription: it unlocks the plugin's pro features, updates, and support for one year, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a license covers one production website. Local development and staging copies of that site don't count against the limit.
- The plugin code is licensed under the GPL, as WordPress requires. What you pay for is the service around it: license keys, automatic updates, and support. You may not resell or redistribute license keys.
Renewal, cancellation, refunds
- Subscriptions renew yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time before renewal (email us, or use the Stripe receipt links); your license then simply runs until the end of the paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails, there is a short grace period, after which pro updates stop. Your site keeps working — we never break a live site remotely.
- 14-day refund policy: not happy within 14 days of first purchase? Email us and you get your money back, no questions asked. Refunded licenses are revoked.
Support & updates
- Support is provided by email at plugins@kristoffbertram.be, best-effort, typically within a few business days.
- Updates are delivered through the WordPress admin while your license is active.
- Third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) can change or restrict their APIs at any time. We work to keep plugins compatible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of features that depend on external services.
Liability
Plugins are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses caused by third-party services.
Governing law
Belgian law applies; courts of Belgium have jurisdiction. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
